Our Impact

Spanning the last 2 decades, TAG-Ed’s impact in developing the future workforce of Georgia and shaping the talent of tomorrow has been diverse and effective. Through internships, career readiness and a variety of annual programs and events, the immersive experiences for those involved continues to be influential and life changing.

Our Reach

The K-12 Computer Science programs in all 181 school districts, has reached well over 1.8 million students across Georgia, while engaging over 102 Community Partners annually. Regular events such as STEM Day, Day of Code, and Tomorrows Technologist’s Today influence and encourage students to pursue technology careers through dozens of colleges and universities in the state.

Creating pathways

A primary electronic resource for sharing information is Georgia Pathways Magazine, provided monthly to anyone in Georgia, with an estimated monthly readership of over 26,000 students, teachers, professionals and industry leaders.

career development

Implementation of the Career, Technical and Agricultural Education (CTAE) strategic plan, impacts over 600,000 middle and high school students. Effective efforts such as these pave the way for the hundreds of paid internships placed in Georgia by TAG-Ed, developing and shaping our states future workforce.
