Nancy Treaster serves as a Senior Vice President and General Manager of Verint® Witness Actionable Solutions®, the leader in enterprise workforce optimization (WFO) software and services. In her position, she directs global market strategy and strategic business operations, including product strategy, OEMs and alliances, and marketing.
Prior to her current role, she served on the senior management team of Witness Systems—which in 2007 combined with Verint Systems—as senior vice president of global marketing. During her 10 year tenure with the company, she led marketing and product management, working alongside the global sales, support and engineering organizations. Before joining Witness Systems, Treaster directed product management and product marketing for Dun & Bradstreet Software. Her background includes 13 years with the company in a variety of positions, including training, consulting, product management, sales and marketing. She holds a Bachelor of Science in management science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
